He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Scotty" Smith and Phyllis Smith (Buker); his siblings, Phil Buker, William Smith, Joyce Smith and Patricia Allen; and his sister-in-law Elaine Smith.
He is survived by: his grandson Owen; his son Travis Smith (Margaret); his grandchildren, Trish, Ricki, Megan, Parker and Corbin; his great grandchild Scott Smith (Jamie); his siblings, Billy Smith (Dottie), Kenney, Timmy Smith, Carol Pauley (Larry), Debbie Hathaway (Ron), Doris Austin (Ivan) and Norma Bowman (Jack); and also Owen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
