He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland A. Mercier and Loretta J. Mercier (Robinson). He is survived by: his children, Mark Mercier (Kelly) of Livermore, Travis Mercier (Kaela) of Gorham, ME, Tracy Milstead (Russell) of Kingsland, GA and Amy Zelanick (Trent) of Eureka, CA; and his siblings, William Mercier (Denise) of Rangeley and Janice Lane (Marietta Clark) of Leeds. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
