She was predeceased by: her father Dana Churchill. She is survived by: her mother Donna Churchill (Crocker) of Livermore Falls; her children, Elias of Dover Foxcroft, Noah of Dover Foxcroft, Kamryn Berard of Dover Foxcroft and Brayden McCabe of Dover Foxcroft; and her siblings, Jason Churchill of Livermore Falls and Mary Lee (Walter) of Carthage. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
