He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Lewis and Clara Lewis; and his siblings, Ann Clark, Jean Bowman, Frank Clark and Roger Lewis Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lewis of Litchfield; and his son Robert Lewis Jr. (Deborah) of Litchfield. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
