He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland A Booker and LuLu Wheeler Booker; his stepmother Mary Booker; his sister Lorraine Booker; and his granddaughter Meagan Laffely.
He is survived by: his wife Camille; his children, Debra Booker (Jeff Perry), Randy Booker (Sue), Lynn Laffely (Matthew), Gary Booker, Lisa Booker (Victor Barr) and Scott Booker (Julie-Ann); his siblings, Pauline Chase, Velma Adams (William) and Raymond Booker (Charlotte); and his brother-in-law John Donkus (Cathy). He is also survived by grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren, step grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
