He was predeceased by: his father Louis Provencal. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Provencal (Brochu) of Fl; his son Louis C Provencal of Rumford; and his brothers, Cory Ingerson (Laura) of Lisbon Falls and Mykey Tuttle of Lewiston. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
