He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McDougall and Celia McDougall (Cunningham); and his sister Linda Trank. He is survived by: his sister Jo Ann McDougall of Lisbon; his children, Arthur, Mathew and Pamela; and his wife Diane (Bernier).
