He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Tilton and Nellie Reed Tilton; his siblings, John, Arnold, Harry, Raymond, Jim, Dick, Evelyn, Plum and Fern; his grandson-in-law Jay Bean; and his wife Lois Huntley.
He is survived by: his friend Charlotte; his children, Bonnie Gray (Dennis), Shelley Shedd (Paul) and Dwight Tilton (Robin); his grandchildren, Holly Samson (Eric), Heather Doane (Steve), Melissa Cameron, Dana Gray (Rosa), Heidi Priest (Chip), Raymond Tilton (Crystal) and Joshua Tilton (Elizabeth); his great great grandchild Jayde Thompson; and his sister-in-law Edna Huntley. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
Vaughn was a sensitive and caring man who was generous with his family and with organizations who sought his monetary donations.
