He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Neal and Ramona V. Neal (Giles); and his granddaughter Mattie Mae. He is survived by: his former spouse Howland Tannery; his wife Penny Neal (Lancaster); his children, Stacey Neal and Jason Neal (Katie); his grandchildren, Mia Neal and Lance Neal; and his siblings, Carol, Kelly, Jeff, Scot and Steve. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
