He was predeceased by: his parents, F. Rhoden Libby and Dorothy Libby (Wescott); and his brothers, Eugene and Leroy Libby. He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Libby (White); and his grandchildren, Nathan McCarthy, Ashley, Kristian Soucy and Cheyanne Libby (Travis Cropley). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and friends.
