He was predeceased by: his son Nicholas Frenette Cummings; and his grandparents, Ruby, Raleigh Cummings, Evelyn and Warren Tourtillotte.
He is survived by: his parents, Russell Cummings (Terri) of Passadumkeag and Brenda Cummings (Tourtillotte) of Orrington; his daughter Millie of Enfield; his wife Shannon Sage of Enfield; his parents-in-law, Kenneth Sage and Mary Sage; his brother-in-law Ryan Sage (Kelly); and his son Reed.
