He is survived by: his children, Kelly Evans, Kevin Evans (Brandi), Cory Evans and Breann Smith; his siblings, Theresa Frances Hart, David Evans and Arthur H. Evans; his close friend Erica; his caregiver Jen; his close friend Cody; and the mother of his children Kendra Smith. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
