He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Washburn and Hilda Washburn (Libby); his sisters, Carolyn Alexander and Audrey Moores; and his daughter-in-law Julie Washburn.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene A. Washburn (LePage); his sons, Scott Washburn (Debbie), Joel Washburn, David Washburn (Shannon), Bruce Thibodeau (Joan) and Michael Thibodeau; his grandchildren, Amber, Mallory, Dustin, Breanna, Crystal, William, Brittany, Justin, Kim, Ashli (Dale) and David; and his nephew Allan Alexander. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
