He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Ruth Blanchard Sr.; his siblings, Edith Robie and Frank Blanchard; his son David Blanchard Jr.; and his grandson David Blanchard.
He is survived by: his daughter Deb LeClair; his siblings, Mary Boulerisse (Ray), Ruth McDaniel (Andrew), Barbara Summerall, Jane Hanson (Dean) and Charles Blanchard Jr. (Eve); and his pet Cubby. He is also survived by Several Grand Children, Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
