She was predeceased by: her parents, William Nelson Chaffins (Poppy) and Grace Ellen Chaffins (Tuttle); and her siblings, Elder Mitchell Chaffins, Orville Chaffins, Enon Chaffins, Hayes Chaffins, Norsie Tuttle, Laura Chaffins and Etta Mae Chaffins.

She is survived by: her husband Charles David Fraley; her children, Kimberly Smith (Ross) of Keller, TX, Dava Jondall (Michael) of Tucson, AZ and Brian Fraley of Tucson, AZ.; and her grandchildren, Pride, Joy, Kelsea Jondall, Tayler Jondall, Amberly Smith, Aspen Smith, Jasmin Fraley and Briana Fraley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
