He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton L. Moore and Mary Moore (Kimball); his wives, Ruth Vinson Moore and Grace Lizzette Moore; his stepson Billy Waugh; and his siblings, Alton Moore and Virginia Thurston.
He is survived by: his children, Jerome Moore Sr. of Bradley, Mary Godfrey of Limestone, Frances Eldridge of Bangor and Timothy Moore (Tanya) of Dixmont; his stepsons, Bruce Vinson and Ricky Waugh; and his grandchildren, Jerome Moore Jr. (Tonya Madore), Randy Gleason (Anita), Mary-Anne Burress (Matthew), Danielle Jean (Chad Morrow), Robyn St. Pierre (DJ), Shannon Smith (Philip), Amber Richards (Mark), Lisa Moore and Zack Moore. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
