He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Czyrnik and Mary Czyrnik; and his wife Evelyn Miklus Czyrnik. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Czyrnik of Tavares, FL and Nancy (York); and his children-in-law, David Horowitz, George and York. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
