She is survived by: her brother James Kohutek (Mary Jane) of Dallas, Texas; and her daughters, Carla Bart (Gary) of Bellaire, MI, Tracy Kelley (Jay) and Sandy Levesque (Mark) of Limerick. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, friends and family may choose to remember Georgia.
