He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Packard and Frances Keeling Packard; his wife Hazel Thornhill Packard of Limerick; his children, Caroline Dennis (Robert) of Chester, NH and Douglas Packard (Barbara) of Exeter, NH; and his brother Robert Packard (Diane) of Chester, NH.. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
