He was loved and cherished by many people including: his siblings, Richard Lavoie (Alexis) of Rochdale and Doris Trinque of Charlton; his children, Julie O'Connor (Lavoie) of Princeton and Andrew Lavoie of Bradenton, FL; his close friend Carol McCarthy; and his parents, Arthur A. Lavoie and Louise Lavoie (Beauregard). He was also cherished by four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
