He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Forrest Jewett and Robert Sweeney. He is survived by: his son Sam; his brother Josh; his son Samuel Jewett; his parents, Randy Jewett and Janet Jewett (Sweeney); his brother Joshua (Rachel Jewett); his nephews, Calvin Jewett and Tyler Cespedes (Sara Little); his great-niece Ella Cespedes; and his grandmothers, Margaret "Peg" Sweeney of Boynton Beach and Marilyn Jewett of Liberty. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
