It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leverna Bee Hannon in Liberty, Maine, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise Gerkin, (Deringer) and Charles Gerkin, Sr.; and her siblings, Gloria Trapp, Mary Jane Barlock, Severna Lee Dermota and Johnny Gerkin.
She is survived by: her husband Dean R. Hannon Sr.; her children, Tammy Johnston (Miles Whitlock) and Dean R. Hannon II; her grandchildren, Christopher Hannon, Zachary Hannon, Nicholas Hannon and Danika Lynn Neptune; and her siblings, Charles Gerkin Jr. (Eileen), Darlene Call (George) and Helena Davies (Thomas).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Plummer Funeral Home (16 Pleasant St, Augusta, ME 04330). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
