He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucien Hamann and Yvonne Mathieu Hamann; his brother Laurier Hamann; and his siblings-in-law, Julien Dumont and Suzanne Poulin.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Poulin; his siblings, Yolande Dumont of Auburn, Odette (Clarence Tardif) of Largo, Florida and Marcel Hamann (Stephanie) of Lexington, Kentucky; his sister-in-law Muriel Hamann of Lewiston; and his aunts, Carmen Charest, Rita LePage, Claudette Charest and Jacqueline Charest. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
