He was predeceased by: his parents, Romeo N. Moreau and Liane Moreau (Toussaint); and his siblings-in-law, Richard Hebert, Robert Poulin, Elmer Berry, Mariette Hebert and Gloria Grenham.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Moreau (Hebert); his daughters, Michelle Maki (Steve) of Jay and Karen Martinez of Garden Ridge; his siblings, Robert (Rosalie) of Reading, Bertrand (Debbie) of Englewood, Daniel (Louise) of Maidens, Richard (Paula) of Atlanta and Patricia Berry of Lewiston; his grandchildren, Esa Maki of Massachusetts, Bradley Maki of New Hampshire, Dylan and Lianne Martinez of Garden Ridge, Texas.; and his siblings-in-law, Louella Fortunato (John) of Minot, Joanne Poulin of Lewiston, Maine and Daniel Hebert (Linda Hebert) of Harpswell. He is also survived by several aunts, nieces and nephews and many friends.
