It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eloise Poland of Lewiston, Maine, who passed away on February 21, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Poland and Arlene Poland (French); and her brother Roger Poland. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Poland (Curtis Coachman) of Auburn and Marcia Poland of Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Chantel Poland, Jeremiah Poland, Jada Poland, Benjmain Poland, Trinity Teague, Destiny Teague and Xavier Teague; her great grandchild Willa Hopkins; and her siblings, Ellen Poland Shaw, Dan Poland (Linda), Charles Poland (Brenda), Lucy Dawes, Wesley Poland (Belinda), Muriel Poland (John Wathen), Douglas Poland (Kim Collins), Anna Bragdon (Mike Caron) and Heidi Daigle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Boofy Quimby Hall (96 Howes Corner Rd, Turner, ME 04282).
