She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard B. Witham and Lena Witham (Clark); her husband Lauriston G. Smith; her daughter Karen Smith; and her brother Loring Richard Witham The of Mary's d'Youville Pavilion.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Smith of South Portland, Kevin Smith of South Portland and Kim Dominicus of South Portland; and her sister Patricia Crocker of Machias. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
