He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Givens and Merrill Givens; and his brother Thomas Givens. He is survived by: his children, Joshua (Autumn Hackett) and Diana (Joshua Dyer); his stepson Kurt Sturtevant; his grandchildren, Ellie, Liam and Daulton; and his siblings, Cherie Givens, Gary Givens and Lisa Givens Rivers (Porter Rivers). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
