He is survived by: his wife Joan Kibler Cascadden; his children, Kenneth (Beth) of Brambleton, VA, Scott of Houston, TX, Pamela Holt of New Kent, VA, Jane Lingle (Douglas) of Salisbury, NC and Bob Cascadden (Juanita) of Bowie, MD.; his grandchildren, Grace, Caroline, Eve, Tucker, Harrison, David, Ian, Christopher, Andrew and Katie; and his great grandchild Connell Blynn.
