She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy E. Mullen and Rhoda Mullen (Pryor); her husband Alfred Dow; her son Terry; and her brothers, Robert and Richard Mullen.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Mullen (Ethel) of Levant and Leota Cronkhite of Winterhaven, FL; her sister-in-law Julie Mullen of Scarborough; and her friends, Jody Hurd of Hermon and John Foley of Carthage, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
