He is survived by: his sister Elaine Mellen of Boston, MA; his children, Robert Mellen (Lori) of Monmouth, Steve Mellen (Roberta) of South Paris, Scott Mellen of Lewiston, Cindy Jipson (Warren) of Leeds and Daniel Mellen (Stephanie) of Leeds; and his grandchildren, Kelsey (Alex), Kennedi Mellen, Jacob Mellen, Nicholas Mellen, Alice Verrill and Nathaniel Verrill.
