With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene V. Hafford of Leeds, Maine, who passed away on February 28, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter J. Bachelder, Sr. and Vilda F. Bachelder (Moody); her husband Peter Hafford; her boyfriend Brad Hatch; her children, Dale Hafford and Cindy Hafford; her grandchildren, Jeremy Hafford and Sonya Chandler; and her siblings, Noreen Chamberlain, Walter R. Bachelder, George Bachelder and Leonard Bachelder.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Leet of Lewiston, Darrell Hafford (Jeannette) of Hermon, Darren Hafford (Jessica) of Turner, Herbert Hafford of Leeds and Peter Hafford (Jammie) of Michigan; and her siblings, Glenis Jackson of Avon, Christine Hafford of Monmouth, Deana Hewins of Leeds, Evelyn Ray (Vern) of Greene, Leland Bachelder of Phillips, Earl Bachelder (Janice) of Friendship, Dalon Bachelder of Leeds, Tony Bachelder (Becky) of Buckfield, Dennis Bachelder (Cheryl) of Pembrook and Steven Bachelder (Lisa) of Leeds. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
