She is survived by: her parents, Guy Sr. and Myrtle Burgess, Sr. (Stevens); her sister Theresa Brown of Leeds; her son-in-law Irwin Les Ward of Farmington; her grandchildren, Lisa Freeman (Glenn) of Fayette, Victoria Brents (Rodney) of Richmond and Amy Brookes (Mark) of Farmingdale; her great grandchildren, Jenny Timberlake, Jacob Freeman, Joni Freeman, Meagan Burnham, Emma Knight and Mason Brookes; and her great great grandchildren, Mathias, Hezekiah, Lenae, Parker, Silas, Sophie and Dayton.
