He was predeceased by: his son David Bartlett; and his grandson Ricky Tozier, III. He is survived by: his son Leslie F.; his wife Carolyn A. Bartlett (Worster); his child Wayne Bartlett, Jr.; his grandchild Billie Jo Theriault; and his siblings, Kenny Bartlett and Lorraine. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, niece nephews, and cousins.
