He was predeceased by: his significant other Joan Blake; his mother Flossie Scribner; and his siblings, Richard, Maudie Scribner and Jackie Kapps.

He is survived by: his children, Larry Cobb (Sandra) of Lee, Della Murphy, Mike of Hollis, Jeffrey Cobb and Terry Marley-Desrosier of Lincoln; and his brother Claudie Scribner. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
