He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Howard O'Connell of West Warwick, RI and Luda Eva O'Connell (Worster) of Springfield, ME; his close friend Nellie Cole of Lee, Maine; his brother Douglas J. O'Connell; and his children, Cary L. Moody (O'Connell) of Fayetteville, NC and Sean D. O'Connell of Las Vegas.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic and CDC regulations, the family is planning a private service at a later date.
