He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Patch and Madelene Patch (Maxfield); his son Scott M. Patch; and his siblings, Howard "Sonny" Patch, Ronal Patch, Rose Beety and Ethel Lizotte.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Robert M. Patch, Jr. (Shelly) of Lebanon, ME, Howard M. Patch (Judy) of Farmington, NH, Joseph G. Patch (Kimberly) of Lebanon, ME and Tammy M. Riley of Springvale, ME.; his siblings, Armand Patch (Sharon) of Lebanon, ME, Michael Patch (Jill Courter) of Milton Mills, NH, Mary Jones of East Rochester, NH and Sylvia Arcoutte (Ron) of Farmington, NH.; and his siblings-in-law, Dee Patch of Florida, Lorraine Patch of Lebanon, ME. and Ernest Lizotte of Lebanon, ME.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
