He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelsey Smith Sr. and Alice Wolcott; his stepfather Charlie Wolcott; and his siblings, Steven and Kim.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Smith; his children, Amanda Richard (Andrew), Elizabeth Joeckel (John), Raynor Smith Jr. (Kathryn) and Sarah Denman (Kyler); his grandchildren, Cadence, Sophia, Andrew, Greyson, Varrah, Lylah, Lucas and Isaac; his friend Dotty Clark; and his siblings, Kelsey Smith, Cheryl Rabideau, Chris Smith, Dale and Greg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and two close best friends.
