It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert R. Durost of Kittery, Maine, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Morley Durost and Alice Durost (Leonard) of Mars Hill; his wife Gail F. Connell of Kittery; his daughter Linda Durost Erpenbeck of Wells; and his siblings, David, Donald, Richard Durost, Marjorie Gammon and Audrey Sweet.
He is survived by: his former wife Genevieve Webber Steward of Wells; his children, Autumn Durost Bridges of Lebanon, Robert Durost of Ocala, FL and Jonathan Durost of Wells; his stepsons, Matthew Connell of Boston and Paul Connell of Eliot; and his sister Margaret George of Peru. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
