He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vera Tingle and Charles Bulloch; his wife Meg Bulloch; his former wife Julie; his daughter Charlene Wiegrefe of Austin; his son-in-law Dan; his grandchildren, Maddie, Jackie, Annika and Liam; his sister Carolyn Howard of Monroe, LA.; his stepdaughters, Ellen Aldridge, Danna Halsey of Dallas, TX, Lorissa Peters of Bermuda and Elisabeth Johnson of Erie, CO; and his stepgrandchildren, Katherine, Grayson, Steven, Rachel, Jack, Finn, Isla, Winnie and Iver.
