She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Chase and Freida Chase; her sisters, Roslyn Fradin and Irene Chayt; and her husband Joseph Millett.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Clover (John Clover), Michael Klein and Rachel Klein; her granddaughters, Kimberly Taverna and Kelly Yust; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan Yust and Natalie Taverna.
