He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy L. Olson (Stodden). He is survived by: his children, Erik L. Olson (Alexandra E.), Lisa M. Olson of Williamstown, MA, Leann K. O'Brien (William J. O'Brien) of Adams, MA and Karin Olson. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to a local Animal Shelter or End 68 Hours of Hunger.
