He is survived by: his parents, John G Penney and Marjorie Penney (Higgins); his sons, Michael (Tina) of Auburn and Lawrence; his wives, Sakiko of Toano and Sheila of Kittery; his grandchildren, Matthew Penney, Julie Brown, Angela Penney and Aleece Penney; and his great grandchildren, Eddy and Emma.
