We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2021, at the age of 52, Joel S. Donnell of Kittery, Maine, born in Portland, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Robert O. Donnell, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Patricia J. Donnell (Tom Farrow) of Cape Neddick; his brother Zachary G. Donnell; and his daughter Norah Rachel Donnell of Wells, Maine. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to the New Hampshire SPCA in Stratham, NH.
