As we bid adieu to Gary's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Gary has bequeathed us. He is survived by: his children, Kristyn Ploszay, Gary Sbordone Jr., Matthew Sbordone and Daniel Sbordone; and his siblings, Frank Sbordone and Pam. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Gary's name may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 1120, Framingham, MA 01701.

Your dad was top 1% of greatness, as he far excels 99% of people with his love, compassion, enthusiasm and joyfulness. No matter what was going on with him, he stayed loving, giving and calm. He had this never give up attitude that I loved and admired. He was there for me and my children and I will never forget that.
