He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony DeSarro and Natile Ciruzzi Desarro; and his sisters, Cretia Heath (Bunny), Joan Pecorello, Agnes Dineen of Utica, NY and Alice Musa of California.
He is survived by: his sister Ella Mae Gignac of Peoria. He is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews and several cousins.
