He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin J. II and Milwood Elkington II. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Elkington of Kennebunkport; his sons, Christian M. Elkington (Carol-Lee) of Kennebunkport and Evan D. Elkington (Amy) of Middleton, MA; his brother Richard N. Elkington (Mary-Frances) of Fall River, MA; and his grandchildren, Christian Jr., Tyler, Elizabeth of Kennebunkport, Evan Jr. and Eva of Middleton, MA..
