He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Horn and Rose Horn (Sucknow). He is survived by: his wife Nicole Horn; his mother-in-law Veronica Gregory; and his nieces and nephews, Samuel Horn, Joshua Horn (Kristin), Deborah Genstein (Jim) and Rebecca Mayer (Walter).
