He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Liz; his children, Ben, Myles, Ian Schmidt (Laura) and Rachael Swan (Joseph); his grandsons, Noah and Waylon Swan; his stepgrandchildren, Gaige and Rylee Swan; and his brothers, David (Lynn), Bruce (Jill) and Mark (Charlene). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
