He is survived by: his parents, John Matthew and Elizabeth Regan; his spouse Terri Jean Daly; his daughter Susan Regan Orr; his son-in-law Adrian Orr; his grandchildren, Abigail of Needham, MA. and Natalie of Needham, MA.; his sister Barbara Lee; his brother-in-law Robert Lee; his brother John Regan; and his sister-in-law Elaine Regan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
