With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rabbi William John Leffler II (Kennebunk, Maine), born in New York, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2024 at the age of 94. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie Leffler (Ballin) and William J. Leffler; and his brother Walter H. Leffler (Alana). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Ki" Leffler; his children, Carrie Cooker (Paul) of Tunbridge, VT, Edie Chernack (Lance) of Vernon, CT and William Leffler III (Jim Young) of Philadelphia, PA; his stepson Don Blevins, Jr. of Lexington, KY.; his niece Nancy Newman (Andy) of Asbury Park, NJ; his nephew Wally Leffler (Pam) of Wells, ME.; and his grandchildren, David, John, Tani, Alex, Jacob, Eli and Jodi.
